Stature Sites provides website design, setup, and ongoing maintenance services for small businesses and freelancers.
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

The one-time setup fee covers the design and launch of your website as agreed before work begins.
The monthly plan covers hosting, security, and regular updates for as long as payments continue.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with written notice; your website will remain live until the end of the paid period.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

Stature Sites values your privacy.
We collect basic information through our contact form such as your name, email, and business details.
This information is used only to communicate with you and deliver our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which handles your payment information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The £299 setup fee is non-refundable once design work has started, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
Monthly plan payments of £49 cover hosting, maintenance, and updates; they can be cancelled at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
If you cancel your monthly plan, your website will remain live until the end of the current paid month.
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases at the discretion of Stature Sites.
